What do we rely on at ENCAVIS? The sun. The wind. And on you.

Welcome to Encavis! Our world is all about the power of the sun, the wind and the more than 400 people across our group who are working together to shape the energy system of the future in order to ensure a sustainable energy supply for future generations.

ENCAVIS Management GmbH & Co. KG is the holding company of ENCAVIS GmbH, one of Europe's leading electricity producers from renewable energies. We operate a broadly diversified portfolio of over 330 onshore wind farms, ground-mounted solar plants and battery storage facilities in 13 European countries with an installed capacity of more than 3.8 GW. And best of all, we are continuing to grow! Our subsidiaries, Stern Energy SpA, which operates throughout Europe as a specialist in technical services for photovoltaic systems, and Encavis Portfolio Management GmbH, which specialises in supporting institutional investors, complement our portfolio.

What does this mean for you? The opportunity to make a difference, to shape and change things. As part of a multinational team that enjoys helping to make the energy transition a success.

Join our Encavis team as a Business Intelligence and Reporting Specialist and enable data‑driven decision‑making across the organization by delivering reliable, standardized and business‑relevant insights. You translate complex operational data into clear Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring consistency, accuracy and comparability across domains. Beyond reporting, you safeguard data integrity by proactively identifying discrepancies and addressing root causes. In close collaboration with Data Engineering, BI teams and stakeholders across Operations, Risk and Trading, you act as a trusted partner who turns data into transparency, alignment and measurable business impact.

Your sunny outlook:

  • Operational Reporting & BI Development: You design, develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards using DAX and Power Query, translating operational requirements into clear, reliable and scalable reporting solutions.
  • Data Quality & Validation: You act as the first line of defense for data quality by validating data across multiple sources, identifying inconsistencies early and ensuring accurate, decision‑ready information.
  • Business Logic & KPI Ownership: You review, challenge and refine business logic, KPIs and calculation models, taking end‑to‑end ownership for selected reports from data source to stakeholder delivery.
  • Master Data Management: You trace, maintain and improve master data across systems, ensuring consistency, transparency and up‑to‑date information throughout Operations.
  • Standardization & Documentation: You define and document reporting standards, KPI definitions and data logic, applying best practices such as IBCS to ensure clarity, comparability and scalability.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Insights: You work closely with Operations, Data Engineering and BI teams, proactively identifying trends and improvement potentials and communicating actionable insights to stakeholders.

We'll get wind of that soon:

  • Power BI & Data Modeling Expertise: You have proven hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX and Power Query and design performant data models using star schemas and relational principles to ensure data integrity and scalability.
  • Strong Analytical Skills & Data Mindset: You bring strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and proactively identify data issues before they impact business decisions.
  • Structured & Independent Working Style: You work independently and take ownership of your topics, approaching complex data challenges in a structured, reliable and solution‑oriented way.
  • IBCS & Reporting Standards: You are familiar with IBCS standards or similar reporting best practices and are motivated to continuously improve clarity, consistency and storytelling in reports.
  • Advanced Excel & Data Connectivity: You have excellent Excel skills (including pivot tables) and ideally experience connecting Excel to databases or other data sources.
  • Business & Industry Understanding: Ideally, you have experience working in the Renewable Energy industry or a comparable asset‑ or operations‑driven environment and understand operational KPIs and processes.
