Your sunny outlook:

• AI-Architektur & Plattformbetrieb: Du entwickelst die AI-Architektur (APIs, Security, Datenanbindung, Observability) und betreibst AI-Plattformen in Azure inkl. LLM-Deployment und Integration in bestehende Systeme.
• Innovation & Enablement: Du experimentierst mit neuen AI-Technologien, evaluierst Tools (z. B. Claude, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Prompt Flow, n8n) und bringst Best Practices ins Unternehmen.
• Agenten & Automatisierung: Du entwickelst Agent-Flows und RAG-Pipelinesund bringst innovative AI-Lösungen in die Wertschöpfungskette.
• Responsible AI & Governance: Du sorgst für Compliance mit EU AI Act, DSGVO und internen Policies, dokumentierst Modelle und Prozesse und arbeitest eng mit Legal, Datenschutz und IT-Security zusammen.

• Impact: Du prägst die AI-Transformation eines der führenden Stromproduzenten in den erneuerbaren Energien und hebst Effizienz, Innovation und Skalierbarkeit auf ein neues Level.
• Modernste Technologien: Zugang zu Azure AI Foundry, (Azure) OpenAI, Copilot u. v. m.
• Kultur: Offenes, innovationsgetriebenes Umfeld mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen und echter Teamkultur.

We'll get wind of that soon:

• LLMs & AI-Architektur: Nachweisbare Praxis in der Entwicklung, Integration und Skalierung von LLM-Lösungen (RAG, Agenten, Tool-Integration, Guardrails, Kostensteuerung).
• Hands-on AI: Erfahrung im Deployment von LLMs, Aufbau von RAG-Pipelines, Agent-Flows und Integration in Unternehmenssysteme. Du bist nicht nur Architekt, sondern packst selbst an: Deployment, Automatisierung, Troubleshooting gehören für dich dazu.
• Cloud & Container: Sicher im Umgang mit Azure Services, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep).
• Technischer Background: Studium in Informatik oder vergleichbar, plus mehrjährige Erfahrung in Cloud-Umgebungen (Azure bevorzugt) und Development Skills (z. B. in Python) sowie sicherer Umgang mit Git .
• Microsoft-Ökosystem: Know-how in Azure (OpenAI, ML/AI Studio), M365 Copilot und Copilot Studio.
• Kommunikation: Du übersetzt komplexe AI-Themen verständlich – auf Englisch und Deutsch.
• Governance: Grundverständnis für EU AI Act, DSGVO und Security Standard.
• Nice-to-have: Erfahrung mit LLMOps/MLOps, Prompt Flow, Semantic Kernel, Vektor-Datenbanken.
