Your sunny outlook:
- Durch dein berufsbegleitendes Studium an der HSBA kombinierst du wertvolle Praxiserfahrung bei Encavis mit einem M.Sc. in Innovation Management mit der Spezialisierung Business Development
- Du durchläufst viele spannende Bereiche unseres Hamburger Standortes direkt an der Elbe, zum Beispiel:
- Du unterstützt das Investment Team beim Einkauf neuer Wind- und Solarparks
- Du begleitest die Operations Teams, die sich in den unterschiedlichen Ländermärkten um das Handling und die Optimierung unserer Parks kümmern
- Du wirst Teil verschiedener Finance-Abteilungen sein und dadurch verstehen, wie wir erneuerbare Energien wirtschaftlicher machen
- Du übernimmst schnell Verantwortung für eigene Projekte

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Bezug
- Dein Englisch ist auf B2-Niveau oder besser – du kommunizierst sicher in internationalen Kontexten
- Eigeninitiative, Offenheit für Neues und Entscheidungsfreude gehören zu deinen Stärken
- Du arbeitest proaktiv, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und packst Dinge selbstständig an
- Teamwork liegt dir am Herzen, und du schätzt eine strukturierte, organisierte Arbeitsweise
- Erneuerbare Energien begeistern dich – du willst aktiv zur Energiewende beitragen
