What do we rely on at ENCAVIS? The sun. The wind. And on you.

Welcome to the world of Encavis! Here, everything revolves around the power of the sun, the wind and the more than 200 people who are helping to shape the energy system of the future. What exactly do we do? We make renewable energies economically viable. Our core business is the acquisition and operation of solar and wind parks throughout Europe. We are already one of the leading independent power producers in the renewable energy sector. And we are continuing to grow. What does that mean for you? The opportunity to move, shape and change things. As part of a multinational team that enjoys helping to make the energy transition a success.

Help us bring AI at Encavis to life. As a Working Student (m/f/d) – AI Implementation & Agent Development in our Digital & Data team, you help us turn concrete AI ideas into solutions that create real business impact. Together, we’ll turn concepts into working tools that make our daily processes smarter and more efficient.

Your sunny outlook:

  • Build and prototype AI agents and copilots primarily in the Microsoft ecosystem (Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure Foundry).
  • Integrate these agents with internal and external APIs and MCP endpoints (e.g., business systems, data services) to unlock real business value.
  • Test, refine and document your solutions so others can understand, reuse, and improve them.
  • Create short demos and explain your work in German and English, including limits, risks and next steps.
  • Learn from a practical role focused on building and refining AI agents, not just presentations.
  • Get firsthand insights into how a renewable energy company brings AI from idea to production.
  • Profit from flexible hours compatible with your studies and plenty of learning on real use cases.

We'll get wind of that soon:

  • You are curious, hands-on and enjoy building things that people actually use.
  • Strong interest in AI agents, copilots and workflow automation.
  • Interest in understanding how systems, databases and LLM infrastructure fit together (data flows, APIs, permissions, etc.).
  • Motivation to work with Microsoft tools (Copilot Studio, Power Platform, M365) and learn fast.
  • Clear communication in German and English for technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Enrolled in a Bachelor´s or Master´s program in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of AI and LLM concepts gained through academic studies or personal projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Python and/or low-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Familiarity with API integration and, ideally, experience with computer-use automation.
  • Strong process-oriented mindset; prior experience in process management is a plus.
  • Nice to have: Exposure to LLM tools, agent frameworks, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, or M365 Copilot.
