Vertraute Aufgaben in einem Umfeld, in dem du schnell Verantwortung übernimmst: Du unterstützt bei der Planung, dem Forecasting und Reporting, analysierst Budgets gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen, entwickelst unsere Controlling-Tools weiter und behältst dabei stets den Blick für Zahlen, Prozesse und Potenziale – im engen Austausch mit deinem Team und angrenzenden Abteilungen.
Your sunny outlook:
- Du unterstützt bei sämtlichen Reporting-Aufgaben, einschließlich des Quartalsabschlusses, des monatlichen Reportings sowie bei Ad-hoc-Anfragen
- Bestehende Reports in Power BI pflegst du sorgfältig und entwickelst sie kontinuierlich weiter
- Du wirkst aktiv an der Planung und dem Forecasting mit – sowohl im Rahmen der jährlichen Planungsrunde als auch bei den quartalsweisen Forecasts
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Kostenverantwortlichen unterstützt du die Budgetplanung und führst eigenständig fundierte Analysen durch
- Ergebnisse bereitest du strukturiert und adressatengerecht in Präsentationen auf
- Du übernimmst projektbezogene Sonderaufgaben und bringst dich flexibel in wechselnde Themenstellungen ein
- Zudem arbeitest du an der Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Werkzeugen, -methoden und -prozessen mit und trägst so zur Optimierung der Steuerungsinstrumente bei

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Controlling ist von Vorteil und unterstützt dich bei einem schnellen Einstieg
- Du bringst Interesse und Begeisterung für den Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien mit
- Der sichere Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint, gehört zu deinem Handwerkszeug
- Idealerweise verfügst du über Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP- und BI-Systemen, insbesondere mit Microsoft Power BI
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und ergebnisorientiert
- Ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sowie starke analytische Fähigkeiten runden dein Profil ab
